Yearly prices from the US App Store pages of two of the best-known strength logs, checked on 26 October 2026. Apps that write your program for you charge more, up to US$79.99 a year. Prices in other countries differ, and the App Store shows yours.

What's free

The logger, with no caps: logging, history, your own programs, plate math, importing from another app, exporting to CSV, PR detection, and the Apple Watch app. No trial clock and no set limits.

What the one payment unlocks

The proven programs (GZCLP, 5/3/1, nSuns and the rest, run by their published rules), bringing in a plan your AI wrote, check-ins with your AI, the charts, and the live PR celebration. It covers every 1.x update.

What about lifetime plans?

Some subscription logs also sell a lifetime option, between US$74.99 and US$99.99 on the US App Store when we checked. If you already own one, keep it. Two Plates costs less than those, and you can log for free before deciding.

Why pay once

A training log is a record you keep for years. Paying rent on it never sat right, so Two Plates is a tool you buy once, for a log you'll always own. Your history exports as a CSV any time, whether you stay or go.
