Short description
Two Plates is a strength log for the self-coached lifter, on iPhone and Apple Watch. It runs a proven program like 5/3/1, your own, or one your AI wrote, does the plate math per side and logs a set in one tap, RPE included. Free to log, $25 once to unlock the rest. No subscription.
Long description
Two Plates is a strength log for lifters who run their own program. Pick a proven one (5/3/1, GZCLP, nSuns and others, with their published progression rules), build your own, or have your AI write one and paste it in, and every session is ready when you walk in. The next set is loaded, one tap confirms it, and effort chips like @8 sit on the keypad. Rest timers run themselves. Plate math is done per side for the bars and plates you actually own. The Apple Watch app runs the whole session from the wrist while the phone stays in your pocket. Import your history from Strong or Hevy, export everything any time, and nothing ever touches a server. Everything you need to log is free forever. One $25 purchase unlocks the parts that plan and analyse. It is pay-once in a category that has gone subscription, built by a solo developer in Melbourne who got sick of paying rent on his own numbers.
Free with a one-time $25 unlock, no subscription.
